We are located in the Rockwood Office Park, near the intersection of 140th Ave NE and NE 14th St. We’re across the street from Highland Park, about 1.5 miles north of the Glendale Country Club and Kelsey Creek Park, and about two miles northeast of the Bellevue Botanical Garden.

The King County Courthouse in Seattle is about 12 miles from our office. The U.S. District Court for the Western District of Washington is also in Seattle, about 11 miles from us. Bellevue City Hall is 2.5 miles west of our building, and the King County Customer Service Center is about 12 miles west of us.

Driving Directions

From the North: Take I-405 south to exit 14, WA-520 W/Redmond. Stay to the left and merge onto WA-520 W/Redmond. Take the exit for 124th Ave NE, and turn left onto Northup Way. Continue as the road becomes NE 20th St. Turn right onto 140th Ave NE, left onto NE 14th St, and left again into the Rockwood Office Park. Proceed to building 1408.
From the South: Go north on I-405 to exit 13B, NE 8th St. Merge onto NE 8th St. Turn left onto 140th Ave NE, then right onto NE 14th St. Turn left into the Rockwood Office Park, and continue to building 1408.
From the East: Take NE 8th St west to 140th Ave NE, and turn right. Turn right again onto NE 14th St, then left into the Rockwood Office Park. Follow the road to building 1408.
From the West: Take WA-520 east and take the exit for 124th Ave NE. Turn left onto Northup Way, then right onto 140th Ave NE. Turn left onto NE 14th St, then left into the Rockwood Office Park. We are in building 1408.

State Route 520 & Ne 40th St (NB)

Our office park includes visitor parking. You can enter from Bel-Red Rd, 140th Ave NE, and NE 14th St, but only the entrance from NE 14th St has a sign.

If you plan to travel by public transportation, you can use King County Metro Route 226, which runs along Bel-Red Rd and stops at 140th Ave NE. It also stops at the Bellevue Transit Center, where you can transfer to or from other bus routes.
