We are located in the Second Avenue Building on 2nd Ave, between Marion St and Columbia St, and in the heart of Downtown Seattle. We are three blocks east of the Seattle Ferry Terminal, a quarter-mile north of Smith Tower, and about a half-mile southwest of Pike Place Market.

King County Courthouse, home to King County Superior Court, is about three blocks south of us. The U.S. District Courthouse, home to the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Washington, is one mile north of us. Seattle City Hall and the King County Administration Building are roughly three blocks east of our office.

Driving Directions

• From the North: Go south on I-5 to exit 165A, James St. Merge onto 6th Ave, then turn right onto Columbia St. Turn right on 1st Ave, right on Marion St, and right again on 2nd Ave. Proceed to our office on your left.
• From the South: Head north on WA-99/Marginal Way and take the exit for Alaskan Way S/Downtown. Follow Alaskan Way to Marion St, turn right onto Marion St, then turn right again on 2nd Ave. Our building will be on the left.
• From the East: Take I-90 west toward Seattle, and follow signs for E Martinez Dr/4th Ave S. Stay to the right, and follow signs for City Center/Lumen Field. Again, follow signs for City Center/Amtrak by using the left two lanes to turn left onto 4th Ave. Turn left onto Columbia St, right at 1st Ave, then right again onto Marion St. Turn right onto 2nd Ave, and continue to our office on the left.
• From the West: From the Ferry Terminal, go east on Marion St. Turn right onto 2nd Ave, and our office will be on your left.

You can find on-street parking on 2nd Ave in front of our building. About a block north, there is a paid parking garage under the Wells Fargo Center that you can enter from Madison St, between 2nd Ave and 3rd Ave. The Norton Building across 2nd Ave from us also has a parking garage that you can enter from 1st Ave, between Marion St and Columbia St.

You can also reach our office by Metro bus. Route 12 runs along Marion St, and buses stop at 2nd Ave. Routes 101, 102, 113, 150, 162, 177, 577, and 578 run along 2nd Ave and stop near the intersection with Marion St.
